industrial group MEGHDOOT, based at Rajkot city in Gujarat State(INDIA).
Company was established in 1995 with a intention to manufacture
high tensile fastners and cold forged components & today in
short span it became an ISO 9002 certified co. and supplying its
products to the leading industries like MICO, BAJAJ, ZF, KBX, BHARAT
FORGE, etc.
Company is manufacturing ' JC ' brand high tensile fasteners and
cold forged components as per Indian / International / customer
standards / specification, ranging from Dia 6 mm. to Dia 16 mm.
in length 150 mm.We have equipped with all kind of manufacturing
facility to produce high quality product under one roof. It consist
of imported COLD FORGING machine, thread rolling machine, grinding
machine, heat treatment plant with controlled environment.
Suitable method employed to maintain the quality during the process/production,
these include process capability study, patrol inspection, FMEA
study, etc.

assurance system covering all area of the plant and ensures that
the products meet the agreed quality requirements.
Company is equipped with adequate dedicated inspection guages and
test equipment right from raw material checking to finish products.
These include chemical checking of raw material, special inspection
gauge.
